OECS Laissez-Passer Certificate

The OECS Electronic Laissez-Passer (CSCA)

This website contains information on the OECS CSCA operated by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).
The distinguished name of the CSCA is C = XS, OU = OECS COMMISSION, CN = CSCA-OECS-LAISSEZ-PASSER, O = OECS.

L=XES  The three-letter code "XES" for use in travel documents issued by the OECS to its officials in accordance with the specifications of ICAO Doc 9303, Machine Readable Travel Documents, was assigned by ICAO on 24 September 2018.

CSCA Public Key Certificate

The CSCA uses one main key pair. The main key pair is used to issue Document Signer certificates. In the most unlikely case that the main key pair becomes unusable, there will be created a new main key pair published on this website.
