The OECS Business Simulation tool is designed for Business Support Organisations (BSOs), entrepreneurs, and educational institutions to access online business skills by starting and operating a virtual manufacturing business. The simulation provides interactive training for micro-entrepreneurs, small business owners, and those seeking to improve the success and sustainability of their start-ups with the assistance of an instructor. The goal is to enable future entrepreneurs to experience effective business management and navigate challenges and opportunities using an experiential learning approach.

The game offers two modes: a peer-to-peer simulation course where teams run a separate company on a competitive market, and a peer-to-computer simulation course where participants run a virtual company against computer-generated competitors. The instructor decides which mode will be used.

The Chocolate Factory simulation, provided by Revas Simulation Games, involves starting and managing a food processing factory, where participants produce goods, sell them at local retail stores, offer wholesale products to local businesses, and export them.

Instructors and participants will receive e-certificates after meeting minimum requirements, game reports, and two versions of the game (basic and advanced). The game can be run by instructors flexibly, advancing the game manually or according to a fixed schedule of automatic advancement.
